I really loved watching Be Careful with My Heart its all because of actor Jerome Ponce portraying the role of Luke Andrew Lim, eldest son of a wealthy business man Richard Lim. 

Jerome Ponce born on July 4, 1995, a 17 years old SK Chairman in his Barangay at Brgy. 628 Zone 63 in Sta. Mesa, Manila.

Jerome Ponce started acting in theater  last year after he graduated in his High School at Malayan High School of Science in Pandacan, Manila. He actually took a minor role in the successful music "Cory ng Edsa".
